We offer an equipment reservation service to guarantee the availability of equipment on a specific date:
1. Reservation methods
- Order online
- Phone call (voice or text message)
- Send us an e-mail to inform us of the desired package and date.
2. Availability confirmation
- We will confirm the reservation if the equipment is available on the requested date.
- A deposit will be required at the time of booking, deductible from the total amount.
3. Reservation confirmation
- A confirmation text message including all reservation details will be sent to the customer.
4. Final payment
- Full payment for the rental and the deposit will be required on collection of the equipment.
- The deposit paid at the time of booking will be deducted from the total amount.

Request for quotation
1. Rental period
- Rental prices are based on a two-day period, unless otherwise specified for commercial equipment.
- Rental rates are clearly displayed under each photo of the equipment.
2. Security deposit
- A security deposit will be required upon collection of the equipment.
- The deposit will not be refunded in the event of major damage or loss of equipment.
3. Payment on recovery
- Upon collection of the equipment, the customer must make full payment, including the rental amount and the security deposit.
4. Equipment modifications
- No modification of the equipment, in whole or in part, is permitted without our prior agreement.
5. Refund of security deposit
- The deposit will be fully refunded on return of the equipment, subject to its original condition.
