Return and refund policy

  • Returns are only accepted on items sold as defective. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

  • If you receive a faulty item, please contact us by telephone or e-mail with details of the product and the fault.

3. Shipping costs for returns

  • Shipping costs associated with the return of the defective item are at the customer’s expense.
  • We accept no liability for loss or damage in transit.

4. Prepayment of shipping and insurance costs

For all returns, the customer must prepay shipping and insurance costs where applicable.

5. Refund

  • Refunds do not include the shipping and handling costs mentioned on the packing slip or invoice.
  • The returned product will be examined upon receipt, and the customer will be informed by e-mail within a reasonable time of his eligibility for a refund or exchange due to the defect.

6. Repayment period

  • Refunds, if granted, will be made according to the original method of payment.
  • Shipping and handling charges already paid are non-refundable.
  • Please allow up to 15 business days after receiving our e-mail for the refund to appear on your statement.
